We want you to feel confident in every Vellaria purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Worn or altered clothing

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after return approval

  • Refunded to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
